Warranty term: 18 month.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, overcharging or excessive alternator charging.

Delivery is currently available within Cairo and Giza and is expected in approximately one hour, subject to order confirmation and operating conditions.

Delivery and professional installation are free within Cairo and Giza. Technical inspection is available at the customer's location where applicable.

Listed prices currently assume that an old battery of the same or an equivalent size or capacity is provided. Its value is treated as scrap / trade-in value.

If no old battery is provided, or its size differs, the final price may increase according to the replacement battery size. VOLTEER confirms the applicable final price before fulfillment.

Return or exchange is not available solely because the customer changes their mind. If a genuine battery issue is suspected, including after installation or use, the battery must first be technically inspected.

When a genuine issue is confirmed, the case is handled according to the applicable warranty and product conditions.
